Refund & Exchange

After serving 1000’s satisfied customers, Picks and Hunt has learned so much from you all about a fuss-free and enjoyable shopping experience & we are committed to give that on Picks and Hunt!

Our team makes their best effort  keep our product’s images, description and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.

Eligibility For Exchange

If your are not happy with our product we can offer you a 7 days exchange on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protector, items sold in sales & offers.

  • Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Email us at picksandhunt@gmail.com
  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • The product should not be used.
  • The protective film should not be removed.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • Non-qualifying exchanges include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer


Eligibility For Refund

We offer 3 Days refund via Store Credits on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protector and all items sold in sales & offers.

  • Refund should be requested within 3 Days of delivering the product. Email us at picksandhunt@gmail.com
  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • The product should not be used.
  • The protective film should not be removed.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • Refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.
  • In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
  • Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer.

Store Credit Conditions:

  1. Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  2. Store Credit will be automatically applied to any purchases made on www.picksandhunt.com
  3. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
  4. Orders with a subtotal within (Minimum price Rs.399 and Maximum price Rs.4999) these ranges will be eligible to pay with Cash on Delivery.

Store Credit balances are listed on your Account Page.


Expiration
Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from issue.


Note:

The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:

  • Self Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).
  • Not same as Advertised.
  • Purchased from local store or other website.

Note: If the product is received in Damaged Condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at picksandhunt@gmail.com
